Return Policy
- Eligibility: You have 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery to return your unused and unworn B-TUF product. The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. It must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Ineligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn (beyond trying on for fit), or damaged.
- Items missing original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
- Items returned after the 7-day return period.
- Items marked as non-returnable (if applicable).
- Return Process:
- Contact Us: Initiate your return by emailing us at orders@b-tuf.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Do not ship your item back without an RA number.
- Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value. B-TUF is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Return Address: Ship your return to the address provided in the return authorization email. This may differ from our general contact address. Do not send returns to our general contact address without prior authorization.

Refunds

Exchanges

- Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
- Exchange Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to us, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you (within [Region – e.g., India]).
Gifts
- Gift Returns: If you received a B-TUF product as a gift, and it was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- Gift Refunds: If you purchased a B-TUF product as a gift for someone else, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
